Thank you for your interest in conducting business with Plant Products. To help us complete your business credit application in a timely manner we ask that you please provide the attached completed, and signed credit application form.

Please complete the application form and return it either by email at debbie.storms@plantproducts.com  or by fax at (519) 326-5861. You are assured that any financial or sensitive information received will be held in the strictest confidence and be used only by our Accounts Receivable department for credit evaluation purposes.

If approved, the applicant may purchase goods and services from Plant Products up to the credit limit established by Plant Products for the applicant. Unless otherwise specified in any contract or order for the purchase of goods or services, terms of sale are Net 30 days and overdue accounts will be subject to interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).
