Handy Twine Knives are used extensively in the food service industry from harvesting to packaging, shipping and warehousing. The band is made of aluminum, the steel blade is hardened by heat treating, and the rivets are nickel-plated brass. The blades that go into every Handy knife have a sharp edge. The ring knives are available in standard ring sizes from 3 through 18. Those sizes are the same as a jewelry store ring size. Our most popular sizes for ladies are 7 through 9 and for men, sizes 12 through 16. If you currently have a Handy Twine Knife, the size is stamped on the ring's band. If you still are not sure, order a little larger than you think you might need. The ring can be made smaller by wrapping it with string or tape for a "custom" fit.
